Job Description

Summary:Shift storekeeper is responsible for delivering, storing and maintaining records of materials and consumables in the store. He also participates to the activities of cleaning, classifying and materials inventorying.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the goods to maintenance technician and check whether they meet the requirements mentioned in the maintenance order.
  • Dealing with maintenance and production departments
  • Coordinate with delivery recipient to ensure the correct processing of all operations
  • Arrange received materials as required
  • Ensure that the materials are stored safely
  • Keep a record of consumption note and issue of goods
  • Issue materials according to the requirements
  • Keep store cleaning and well organised
  • Keep a record of receiving note and incoming of goods
