Job Description

Job holder will work closely with the driving and dispatch staff to ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner in the condition expected while always focusing on customer service and looking for more efficient ways to accomplish our tasks.Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage (directly or through delegating) the fleet, drivers, and all areas of driver performance
  • Continual training including smart phone / InTouch Mobile / Roadnet usage
  • Ensure deliveries and returns are done in a timely manner
  • Assist in morning process including Road net manifesting and loading sugar when needed
  • Review GPS reports
  • Performance reviews & improvement plan
  • Fill in a route delivering sugar when necessary
  • Ensure dispatch emails are responded to timely
