Job Description

Maintain assets in accordance with common technical practice and manufacturers? requirements to ensure right equipment reliability. Follow local, regional, segment, and Group (especially HSEQ), requirements, objectives and guidelines for how the work shall be performed.This position is based in Yanbu & will report to the Maintenance Engineer.Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance tasks following the standards and procedures ensuring the right quality in the most effective way.
  • Support the operation and quality of Jotun?s property and production equipment.
  • Actively participate in root cause analysis of reoccurring and critical breakdowns and failures.
  • Support the Commission process for new assets based on the requirement HSEQ- and engineering standards with work permit procedures.
  • Give inputs for data updates in the Matrix Maintenance System, with focus on Preventive Maintenance actions, Standard Jobs and spare part lists.
  • Provide necessary support to Maintenance of production lines and industrial equipment.
  • Support to troubleshoot complex issues on the different types of Industrial Control systems. PLC - Programmable Logic Controllers, Human-Machine Interface-HMI, Variable Frequency Drive-VFD, Servo drives, Motors etc.
  • Support in understanding electrical and instrumentation control system diagrams (control panel wiring diagrams, loop drawings, panel layout drawings, and Piping & Instrumentation diagrams).
  • Provide support to update all the necessary records of maintenance, estimation through CMMS- computerized maintenance management system.
Qualification:
  • Vocational Technical course or Diploma (Electrical / Electromechanical and Instrumentation)
  • Minimum 3 - 7 years of experience in Electro-mechanical and Industrial facility maintenance.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English ? both verbally and written
  • Location: Yanbu
