Job Objective:˙Provide an expert advice and guidance to the P&CEO in matters related to the refinerys operations, business planning and overall business strategy. Contribute and support withdeep understanding and knowledge on the subjects of refining industry, current trends, challenges, and opportunities. Review and assess the performance of the refinery, identify areas for improvement, conduct studies and benchmarks, and develop strategies for growth and expansion.˙
