Supervisor need to report any absence or failures might happened during his shiftShift supervisor need to review all log book and check list, and put his initial every shiftMaintains radio contact with gates and other security men on shift to report any emergencies,responds to emergency calls emanating from the plant area, checks and reports any unsafe or suspicious conditions.Monitoring maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance for security access control system in every shift.Follow up traffic violation inside Company perimeters and issues approve violation ticket.Ensure the effectiveness of monitoring security fence and emergency gates for any suspicious paths or parcels of any kind or presence of any kind of people or vehicle around the fence.Checks the car parking to ensure safety and lock the doors of the company cars and to ensure that all reserved parking places are used according to the company procedure.Secures the accident/incident locations to preserve the locations as footpaths or instrument used in illegal entrance or any other evidenceInsuring of applying the security proper procedure to prevent and security accident or incidents such theft or intrusion ? etc.Ensures the existence of necessary permits to authorized vehicles and equipments to enter the facility.Ensures InOutgoing materials have necessary gate pass (Manual or Electronic System)Participates in emergency operations by facilitating and controlling movement of people, vehicles, support teams through the gates
