1. Coordinate accident/incident investigation and analyses and follow-up on the implementation of corrective action to avoid recurrence.?2. Maintain records of incidents and accidents and initiate follow-up actions as required.?3. Measure site safety proactively, identify risks, and provide Management Committee with recommendations for mitigating identified risks.?4. Develop and maintain Loss Control initiatives and promote a safety culture across facilities.?5. Ensure that safety equipment, material and facilities are adequately maintained.?6. Ensure good communication and coordination with external safety organizations; and in particular, with High Commission of Industrial Security (HCIS) and authorities.?7. Propose and monitor the delivery of safety training programs for all YASREF and contractors? employees.?8. Monitor safety legislation and ensure awareness and compliance of all organizations with the same.?9. Ensure the availability of sufficient Radiation Protection Specialists in line with radioactive substance regulations.?10. Ensure contracting policies and procedures are in compliance with YASREF safety standards.?11. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Health & Safety Manager.?
