Job Description

Maintenance Planning, CMMS (SAP HANA/ERP), predictive and preventive maintenance, equipment condition and performance monitoring, material analysis, health and safety, detailed engineering design, maintenance technical documentation.

  • Industrial equipment, machineries and facilities maintenance.
  • Implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance, Material Management, Document Management System. Lead and designed the implementation platform of SAP PM.
  • Implementation of preventive maintenance (time and/or performance based/ conditional based)
  • Create, monitor and update regularly the plant maintenance master data, process and operation.
  • Prepare maintenance task list for equipment scheduled maintenance.
  • Coordinate with maintenance team on the field, production sections, safety department and managers with regards to any maintenance related activities, spares parts, services, and manpower requirement and schedules.
  • Monitor and analyze the maintenance KPI, conduct risk assessment and prepares monthly maintenance report.
  • Assisting in maintenance Budget preparation and cost tracking.
  • Assist all SAP users for any SAP system related issues and provide training.
  • Material analysis that includes spare parts identification, purchase request, follow-up with procurement, consumption, usage, reorder point & fixed lot adjustment, planned lead time, safety stock, material group, MRP type and BOM.
  • Purchase request creation and evaluation, follow up purchase orders, conduct QA inspection of materials (material, spare parts, equipment, tools, services).
  • Participate in the implementation of the standards (Food Safety FSSC 22000, QHSE, etc.)
  • Regular implementation of occupational health and safety policy.
  • Implementation and handling of the predictive maintenance and inspection activities including the scheduling, execution, analysis of reports and corrective action (vibration, thermography, thickness measurement, temperature, endoscopy, noise, NDT, oil analysis, water and gas leakages, etc.).
  • Supervise the activity of belt alignment, shaft alignment, belt tensioning ,etc.
  • Supervise the lubrication activity including the identification of requirement as lubricants and related tools, on matter of type, quality and quantity, scheduling of lubrication activity, follow up of execution.
  • Preparation of the maintenance service agreement, review and amendment yearly basis, technical discussion with contractors during the tendering, planning and coordination with contractors for the execution, approval of the executed work, etc.
  • Coordinate maintenance work performed by external contractors.
  • Prepares and review of detailed drawings, layout and diagram.
  • Measures the actual dimension of spare parts for drawing preparation.
  • Prepare of basic sketch/draft/drawing as required for modification, fabrication or improvement.
  • Assign and upload all the technical document (user manual, spare parts manual and wiring diagram) of each equipment to SAP system (Document Management System).
  • Maintenance documentation which includes technical archiving.
