Job Description

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and implement various human resources policies and procedures. HR Specialist will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like administering employee benefits and leaves, calculating payroll, maintaining employees data, and operational HRIS. The goal is to ensure the HR department?s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.Responsibilities

  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Process employees? queries and respond promptly
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Prepare employees? compensation by the end of each month using HRIS
  • Report on payroll expenses
  • Enter new employees? data (e.g. bank accounts and financial; details) into HRIS
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
