1. Schedule and plan availability of product vessels to ensure smooth lifting operation as per lifting schedule2. Coordination with all concerns for custom clearance and smooth berthing of product ships3. Analyze and update regularly shipping schedules against the short and long term forecasts4. Updating of vessel tracking sheet on daily basis5. Keep abreast of the latest development in Marine / Marketing operations and regulations locally and internationally6. Monitors, analyses and performs a variety of activities pertaining to marine demurrage claims.7. Initiates and anticipates enquiries / replies with off-takers regarding clarification on demurrage and claims, disputes on payments and other related information.8. Prepare various reports/analysis, update data/information in the computer, and maintaining all divisional files/records in an up-to-date manner.9. Troubleshoot situations as they arise between customers, shipping resources ensuring documentation are cleared and shipped in a timely manner.10. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
