Job Description

Responsible for the continous functionality of the industrial network on CP, Grelbcx, Bagging, CB,PB1,PB2 Maintenance activities coven˙

  • Safety and Environment˙? responsible for his own safety and safety of his co-workers. Follow safety rules from MGC procedures (work permits, energy isolation, risk assessment...) to ensure safe operations.
  • Plant asset integrity˙? follow condition of equipment in his area of responsibility to ensure appropriate level of preventive, planned or unplanned maintenance is undertaken to protect asset integrity and optimal running conditions.
˙o Supervise the functionality of the Command and control roomso˙Use and update preventive and planned maintenanceo Back up for industrial programso Supervise the functionality at the pheriferal equipment on the plant, preventive and planned maintenance in this directiono PLC, invertors, touch panels and all command equipment maintenanceo˙Diagnose identify and locale the cause tor the plant breakdown /malfunction of machine and correct the problem˙˙˙˙˙˙˙o Assembling installation and testing of electrical circuits of device as per the plant requiremento˙Responsible with the relation about AC maintenance subcontractoro˙Providing the training for the operator for getting better operation condition of the systemo Maintain the tools and Drawings˙
  • Performance Production line˙? perform his activities in order to contribute to the main KPIs of the production lines - Yield and Availability. Capable of troubleshooting and analyzing current situation and propose alternative solutions to improve performances of the operations.
  • Cost control˙? Ensure electrical activities are performed with the best possible value for money (critical analysis of solution, propose various solutions with pros and cons, ... Check used spare parts and ensure/ask refurbishment if relevant.
  • Spare parts ?˙able to prepare spare parts requirements in advance based on usual requirements, findings from preventive maintenance to ensure minimum stock levels are always maintained
