Maintains service operations by inspecting and maintaining machines.
Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing completing preventive maintenance such as , Lubrication ,oil changes, replacing spares etc.
Maintains machine functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing failures; repairing mechanical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components.
Verifies equipment serviceability by conducting test adjusting controls and systems.
Attends On Call Duty when required by Maintenance Engineers.
Maintains equipment appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications
Reporting Near Miss and Closing near miss related to Auto shop
Reporting˙Lean initiative ? cost saving / reliability improvement of equipment
Ensure unused materials are returned to stock or tagged when jobs are completed.
Ensure 5 S of Maintenance Workshop & workplace.
Reporting Near miss observed˙& Close near miss allotted for closing
Participate in WCOM Program & work on the Tasks allotted.
Maintains equipment records by recording service and repairs.
Complete the tasks Time to time assigned by Team Leader to comply the work requirements.
Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Contains costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options.
Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Attends On Call Duty as on when required.
Ensure proper shift handover
Identifying and Reporting of Unsafe act/Unsafe condition and reporting.
