Your Role: Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, the successful candidate will be responsible for expanding plant availability and output. Provide hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance engineering support to equipment and machinery. Optimizing cost and facilitating capital engineering projects within the site. Prepare and control annual plant maintenance budgets. Develop vendors for spares and contractors for outside maintenance services. Ensure effective and fast response to factory breakdowns and emergencies. Safety of personnel, facilities, and equipment. Direct responsibility for achieving the usage factors for utilities. Work closely with other functions within the manufacturing and maintenance division.
