Follows and adheres to set standard parameters(Quality, Production,....) and to instructions given By your supervisor
Follow the instruction given by your Supervisors / Managers
Fill up your daily report (checklist) for monthly reference
Responsible for efficient machine operation to ensure less rejects and operational downtime
Give your daily production report to your supervisor before the end of the shift
Coordinate with other machine operators for proper adjustment of if ceiling tile quality / process deviation transpired
Ensure machine integrity and performance and report any potential problem that would cause potential safety issues or machine damage
Report any abnormalities to your supervisor to eliminate Rejects and save the material cost
Maintain Good Housekeeping up your workplace
Keep your machine always in good running condition and clean your machine after finishing the job.
