Position - Instrument TechWork Location - YanbuClient - Largest Petrochemical IndustryContract -?SMP?ContractNationality - Saudi National OnlyQualification - Degree / Diploma / Certification in InstrumentationExperience - Min 3 YearsObtains required work permits and exercise particular care and attention in ensuring that equipment and systems are isolated prior to repairs.Inspect all tools before use and use only proper non-modified tools.Ensure that all testing equipment?s are calibrated and certified.Maintain good housekeeping in shops and work area.Comply with all SHE procedures prior to maintenance work.Execute field Instrument maintenance activities on assigned equipment assets.Carry out routine checks, troubleshoots, faults on instrument equipment and systems, and refers to manuals and technical documents. Determines and reports best method of repair or required action to supervisor.Notes details of repair on work order and/or in log-book kept at field site.Interface with other technician crafts to coordinate breakdown and planned maintenance.Installs or modifies new Instrument systems and equipment as directed and undertakes workshop testing, replacement, repair and reconditioning of Instrument and electronic items and components, using tools and test equipment.Record and report daily activities and work progress to areas electrical supervisor/specialists.Implements effective preventative maintenance programs for Instrument equipment, and systems in accordance with established schedules and instructions from supervisor.Makes periodic checks and reports any problems requiring repair work to supervisor.
