Job Description

Responsible for daily operations follow-up, communication with drivers, school management and sector, and executing the approved operational plan. , Solve all daily operational problems in coordination with the Operations Supervisor , Work towards achieving the companys goals in improving the level of transport service., Enhance the efficiency and performance of the team and achieve the targeted profitability.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for following up on daily transport and operations activities, as follows
  • Explain job tasks to drivers.
  • Train drivers on student transport routes.
  • Monitor daily bus malfunctions.
  • Quick resolution of operational problems.
  • Prepare and follow up on the driver-training program.
  • Supervise the process of receiving and handing over buses to drivers (beginning and end of the school year ? Hajj Season).
  • Work on attracting new drivers based on operational requirements.
  • Monitor the process of refueling and cleaning buses.
  • Receive fuel and bus cleaning invoices from stations and deliver them to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Compile all operational data during the first month of the school year.
  • Receive lists of student names and direct observation reports of buses/vehicles from drivers and contractors.
AVL Tracking:
  • Monitor the implementation of transportation work through the tracking program:
  • Daily bus movement report.
  • Daily distance traveled report.
  • Report of bus movements outside official working hour?s daily/weekly.
  • Report on the number of tracking devices that need maintenance or installation.
