Job SummaryThe IFFCO Graduate Trainee Program is to cultivate and develop trainee as our future leaders.The Trainee will work through a series of core components including on-the-job training, learning interventions, assigned Sr. Leadership mentors & sponsors and other avenues for personal & professional development.The Trainee will be an integral part of one of our manufacturing teams managing the production process & people to help the business make better manufacturing decisions.Roles & Responsibilities? Assist the Engineering and Manufacturing teams as assigned, with the processing line management, quality assurance and design maintenance of the assets? Support the design & development of projects as assigned? Implement and sustain lean management programs such as (ex: 5S, Kaizen)? Research & develop new technologies & processes improvements for efficiencyKPIs
