Serves as the primary point of contact between the key users and the ERP vendor for issues related to overall system management.
Coordinate closely with the ERP business process owners to maintain and update the ERP system and ensure seamless integration with all peripheral programs and systems.
Diagnosis of operational issues related SAP set up and functionality.
Support for timely coordination of troubleshooting and configuration of SAP transactions.
Predict and suggest system improvements.
SAP enhancements.
Ensuring that the processes or projects are in line with the company policies.
Operate, Administrate and monitoring the good functionality of SAP.
Interact with all the functional areas for develop and design the administrative processes for SAP usage.
Define and Document all the process and transactions for support and the correct usage of SAP.
Identify business and user needs in SAP, develop and present action plans.
Coordinate Access to SAP or required roles for End User to achieve their functions
Mentoring, Train, Support and Solve problems in SAP for the End User in the different departments or areas.
