Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to final execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Plan and manage daily construction activities, manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and safety regulations.Review IFC, fabrication and erection drawings, method statements and lifting plans.Ensure proper steel alignment, bolting, welding, grouting and structural stability.Monitor project progress, quality, HSE, productivity and construction schedules.Manage RFIs, NCRs, inspections, punch lists and corrective actions.Coordinate testing, documentation, snagging and final project handover.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards, addressing any issues proactively.Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary to avoid cost overruns.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related field.10?15 years of construction experience, with minimum 5 years in a Construction Manager/Senior Site Management role.Strong experience in industrial steel structures, warehouses, factories and PEB projects.Gulf/Saudi industrial project experience preferred.Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) is highly regarded.
