Take samples of raw materials, silos, mixer, batch charger and glass at specific frequency to ensure the quality Compliance to the requirements of ISO-9001
Compliance to the quality standards in accepting or rejecting or accepting under deviation for the raw materials,
Reporting of accepted under deviation or rejected raw materials to the head of quality
Daily cross check, maintain and calibrate the XRF Spectrophotometer,
Implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Compliance to WCOM and 5S systems,
Adherence to Consumable and Overtime Budget
Each quarter-Benchmarking for the glass chemically,
Implement Lean Initiatives, TQM, and other developmental activities in his area.
Ensure proper shift handover
Identifying and Reporting of Near miss/Unsafe act/Unsafe condition and reporting.
Perform other tasks directed by immediate superior or management
