Review P&ID, drawings, RBI, inspection history.
Develop, review and approve detailed inspection plans.
Provide timely guidance and expertise onsite of various inspection technologies and applications.
Perform and complete timely visual external/internal inspection of process equipment, boilers, PSV, tanks and piping.
Coordinate/ensure appropriate NDTs are done as per inspection plan, and review/sign off NDT reports.
Report inspection findings and develop repair recommendations, if necessary.
Monitor/oversee repairs are done as required.
Follow up, review/sign off internal refractory or lining inspection/repair reports.
Coordinate/ensure timely completeness of all TA inspection activities prior to closure.
Prepare/review/sign off complete external/internal inspection reports and next inspection scope.
Coach/supervise junior plant inspectors.
Set up online monitoring locations when necessary.
Perform inspection data evaluation and RBI assessment as required.
Other duties as deemed necessary on site.
possessing API certificate of one or more of the following ( API 570, API 510, API, 653)
