Leads and directs or work with 2-4 subordinates of Analyzer Technicians and fitters in carrying out all aspects of maintenance, modification, calibration and testing of analyzer instrumentation in the Process and Utilities areas of the Plant. Carries out specialized instrumentation troubleshooting work on the analyzer and gas chromatograph systems. Prepares detailed scheduled maintenance procedures for new plant analyzer instrumentation.Troubleshoot, configure, and teardown/rebuilding of process analyzers such as chromatographs, regulatory analyzers monitoring emissions, and apparatus designed to determine chemical or elemental component amounts in a process stream; records data associated with periodic testing.
