Job Description

M Recruitment is currently looking forChef de Partieswho have an a la carte experience working in Italian and Mediterranean Restaurants.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Will report to the Restaurant Manager / Head Chef.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
  • Work on different sections of the kitchen.
  • Follow the in-house HACCP regulations.
  • Be familiar with the menu and with any ?specials?.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion.
  • Be passionate for high end cuisine.
  • Stay up to speed with latest cuisine trends.
  • Must be standards driven and detail-oriented.
  • Pay close attention to detail in food preparation.
  • Adopt flexible working hours.
