Roles & Responsibilities Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and protocols, fostering a zero-incident work environment offshore. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the offshore facility, optimizing performance and resource allocation. Lead and motivate a diverse offshore team, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative work culture. Implement and monitor quality control measures to guarantee the integrity and reliability of all offshore processes.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Science, or a related technical field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in offshore operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Proven track record of successfully managing offshore teams and complex projects in challenging environments. Possession of relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OPITO, or equivalent offshore safety qualifications.
