Roles & ResponsibilitiesDraft and negotiate contract terms with stakeholders to ensure clarity and compliance with legal standards.Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential contractual liabilities and mitigate risks proactively.Liaise with project teams to align contract deliverables with project timelines and budget constraints.Review and analyze incoming contract proposals, providing expert recommendations to optimize terms for the company.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications like PMP or CIPS are a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract management, particularly in construction, engineering, or procurement.Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts with a deep understanding of legal terminology.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or French is highly desirable.
