Assist in the coordination and operation of all Food & Beverage outlets and ancillary services such as mini-bars and in-room dining in line with the department SOP?s
Ensure that sales are maximized at all times in order to achieve and preferably exceed budgeted revenue margins in all F&B outlets
Assist F&B Operations Manager in implementing procedures to reduce wastage and spillage, in order to reduce costs
Make sure that the outlets are clean and organized and comply with the health and safety regulations
Ensures that outlets are properly stocked at all times and that?all items sold passed through the hotel?s
