Student SupervisorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Conducting checks of classrooms, bathrooms, and corridors before the start of the school day to ensure a clean and safe environment for students.?Coordinating student line-up before, during, and after recess with the help of student leaders to maintain order.?Managing the transition time between classes to ensure that no time is wasted.?Mentoring students on the importance of discipline in creating a safe learning environment.?Maintaining a quiet environment while students enter the classroom after breaks.?Ensuring that students arrive to class on time.?Motivating students to work hard during class to maximize learning.?Entering data into the school management system (e.g. attendance reports, student infractions).?Contacting, updating, and following up with parents when a student is absent.?Observing classes to ensure a calm learning environment is maintained.?Monitoring for bullying or fighting and ensuring a safe atmosphere within the school.?Informing students of disciplinary actions (e.g. detention, after-school detention).?Accompanying students to the bus area after school hours and ensuring that all students get on their assigned bus.?Preparing daily reports on teacher observations, student infractions, and teacher complaints.?Attending weekly meetings with the team to discuss any concerns or issues regarding student behavior.?Performing other related tasks or projects as assigned by school management.Ideal Requirements:?Bachelor?s degree in a related field or equivalent.?Proficiency in English (native speaker preferred, depending on subject).?Proficiency in MS Office.?Strong communication skills.?Ability to work well in a team.
