Senior Project ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Lead and manage a team of Project Managers across the full EPC lifecycle•Drive project planning, execution, risk management, cost control, and reporting•Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction activities•Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual and regulatory standards•Foster strong client, regulatory, and stakeholder relationships•Monitor KPIs, lead scope/change management, and resolve commercial disputes•Develop and mentor project engineers and junior managersMandatory Requirements:•15 years of experience in large scale Oil & Gas with EPC contractors.•Expertise in cost control, scheduling, risk mitigation, and quality systems•Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills•Indepth knowledge of international HSE and compliance standards•Capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and complex project interfaces
