Job Summary:The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the sales operations for heavy equipment rental services in the UAE. The role involves leading the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring that the companys rental fleet is strategically positioned to meet the market demand. The candidate will be required to work closely with the operations and procurement teams to ensure seamless equipment delivery and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Sales Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.Business Development – Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and build long-term relationships with clients in various industries such as construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.Client Acquisition & Retention – Generate new business leads, manage key accounts, and ensure long-term client satisfaction by delivering tailored rental solutions.Market Analysis – Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends to drive business growth.Contract Negotiations – Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.Sales Forecasting & Reporting – Track sales performance, provide regular reports to senior management, and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.Collaboration with Operations & Procurement – Work closely with operations and procurement teams to ensure the availability of equipment and timely delivery of rentals to meet client requirements.Customer Service – Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve any client issues or complaints promptly.Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.* 10+ years of experience in sales within the heavy equipment rental industry.* Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and delivering results.* Strong knowledge of the UAE market, client needs, and competitor activities in the heavy equipment rental sector.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.* Valid UAE Driving License (required).* Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
