Sales ExecutiveJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :?To plan and implement aggressive leads and sales target, marketing strategies to achieve the objectives of the company in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment.?Ensure the site visits are being conducted as per plan with the operational team wherever required with the highest level quality of services & products.?Establishing market penetration in Commercial Joineries in the UAE and wider GCC (as appropriate) generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.?Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to ensure all client requirements are addressed and develop ways to improve their experience for Joinery.?Setting up market penetration for commercial interiors in the UAE and the larger GCC (if necessary), creating prospects through contacts, networking, and alliances.?Track and win significant Joinery projects, responding efficiently to tenders.?Achieve annual sales in accordance with the agreement.?Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and anticipating future legislation.?Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes.?Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.?Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
