Sales EngineerJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities:?End-user visits, technical training, identifying marketing opportunities, upgrading projects, and much more.?Analyse and develop the strategy to increase end-user reach. You will have several customer meetings per week and then do follow-up, reporting, and planning. You will also independently set up various training courses and meetings.?Have proactive approach to new business opportunities and continued improvements.?Create close partnerships with internal & external customers.?Strong social skills to build trust and long-term relationships are important in this role.?Have technical experience, a strong drive to work in the steel business and a genuine interest to learn more about steel making, properties and user benefits.?Be curious, positive and solution oriented, driven, structured and have a strong interest in coaching and supporting customers to grow their business.Job Requirements:?4-5 years of experience working in an end-user segment (mining, cement, etc.) and in an international company is a merit.?Bachelor?s or master?s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Mining Engineering.?Working experience in wear solutions offerings in the aftermarket.?Required language skills are fluent English in writing and speaking and local language for the respective job location.?UAE Driving License required.
