Restaurant HostessJob Location: DubaiResponsibilities:?Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and provide a warm welcome.?Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.?Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.?Manage the flow of guests, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate and have proper communication with management regarding guests and seating.?Assist with taking reservations and managing the waitlist.?Communicate effectively with the kitchen and servers to ensure timely service.?Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.?Uphold the restaurants standards for service, cleanliness, and safety.?Perform other duties as assigned.?Seat guests based on availability and guest preferences.?Manage reservations, Provide detailed introductions during the events.Qualifications:?Excellent communication skills (via phone and in person)?Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed.?Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes crowded environment.?Familiarity with health and safety regulations?Positive attitude and team player mentality.
