Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process that aligns with our companys goals and culture.Key Responsibilities:Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database.Conduct background checks and reference verifications.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and labor laws related to recruitment and employment.Requirement:– Must have UAE recruitment experience– Experience hiring all levels of positions (from blue-collar to senior roles)– Hands-on experience using various job boards and sourcing platforms– Strong communication and coordination skills– Immediate joiners preferredLocation: Dubai, UAE
