Real Estate ConsultantJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities:?Finding, scouting, and identifying investors with property consultancy needs.?Keeping in touch with clients via calls and emails to notify them of the offers.?Securing a consulting deal by preparing and presenting business proposals to clients and convincing them.?Advertising, marketing, and promoting property vacancies to attract prospective tenants.?Carrying out thorough research and analysis of the real estate and/or property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability.?Assisting buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing real estate property for the best price and terms.?Estimating property value through skilled comparative market analysis and offering the right property to Clients.?Maintaining up-to-date and accurate knowledge of government policies and relationships with legal professionals and other consultants to exchange information and boost personal networks.?Liaising with legal counsels to prepare sale and lease documents.?Overseeing and handling negotiations with real estate agents and/or realtors on behalf of clients.?Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.?Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.?Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.Job Requirements:?Minimum 2-3 years of experience working within the UAE real estate market; preferably Ras Al Khaimah region.?Excellent sales & negotiation skills.?Must possess valid UAE driving license & own car.?Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory.
