Quantity SurveyorJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Prepare cost estimates and feasibility studies for new construction projects.?Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to identify cost savings opportunities.?Prepare and negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors and suppliers.?Prepare and manage project budgets, including tracking costs, forecasting, and reporting?Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify potential cost issues.?Prepare and manage claims for variations, extensions of time, and other costs.?Evaluate tender documents and provide advice to clients on procurement options.?Assist in the resolution of disputes related to cost and contract issues.?Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.?Monitor and report on project cash flows and provide financial updates to stakeholders.Requirements:?Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.?2+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role.?Strong knowledge of construction techniques, contracts, and procurement processes.?Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.?Strong communication and negotiation skills.?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.?Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.?Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
