The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and control procedures to ensure that products and services meet specified standards and customer expectations. They oversee inspection, testing, and compliance activities throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans, procedures, and standards.Conduct inspections and tests on materials, workmanship, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications.Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents for quality requirements.Identify, document, and report non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.Monitor and verify the implementation of quality control measures on-site and in the workshop.Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality standards are met.Prepare inspection reports, quality documentation, and audit reports.Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.Support training and awareness of quality procedures among team members.Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
