QA/QC Civil EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Conduct inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.?Perform material testing and analysis to verify quality and durability of construction materials.?Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to address and resolve quality-related issues.?Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain high construction standards.?Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.?Participate in project meetings to provide input on quality-related matters and recommend improvements.?Train and supervise quality control inspectors and technicians as needed.?Keep abreast of industry advancements, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.?Assist in the development of project-specific quality plans and documentation.Job Details :?Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.?5+ years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry in UAE is required.?Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction techniques.?Proficiency in relevant testing and inspection methods.?Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.?Strong communication and teamwork abilities.?Certification in relevant quality control programs or certifications.?Villa experience is mandatory.
