Project ManagerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :?Site supervision and coordination with laborers, subcontractors, stakeholders involved in the projects?Ability to plan and schedule tasks on each assigned projects including required equipment, materials, and labour?Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget?Develop a detailed project schedule and weekly reports to monitor and track progress?Manage adjustments to the project scope, project schedule and project costs?Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders?Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation?Knowledgeable with major developers and authorities requirements such as Dubai Municipality inspections and other testing requirements?Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis?Prepare comprehensive project progress reports to be shared with clients as well as other staff members?Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues?Perform other related duties as assigned?5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Site Project Manager for Interior Fit-out or Construction company?BSc/BA in engineering
