Procurement Specialist to support the procurement team which shall participate effectively to productivity of our manufacturing & fabrication facilityJob Location : UAERequirements :?Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in modular/Prefab building in UAE.?Diploma / bachelor?s degree?Negotiate with suppliers for competitive rates.?Process Material Requisitions and ensure timely release of Purchase Orders.?Review all Purchase Orders and seek approval of the same according to authority levels.?Expedite Purchase Orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.?Interface with Senior Manager (Quality Assurance) for maintaining approved suppliers? list and for specifying test and inspection requirements for purchased products.?Produce monthly material price reports.?Investigate and organize direct sourcing of materials wherever practical and economical.?Ensure compliance with all IMS procedures.
