We are seeking to recruit on behalf of our client a PROCESS LEAD & PROPOSAL MANAGER (CORPORATE ROLE) who is strong in the technical part (process design, RO Desalination Experience, RO Water/Wastewater, and proposal management) but also who possesses a commercial acumen with negotiations, presentation, and communication skills to be able to sit with clients and negotiate and communicate with them. Preference in having GCC or Europe experience (outside his country experience). 20 to 25 years of experienceThis is a corporate role and not project specific and would be reporting to the Technical Director leading to technical bid preparation and submission with the support of technical team various disciplines, the position will be based either in DUBAI, on a long-term residential contract.Experience/Education:Engineering Degree10 to 15 years relevant experienceExperience in mega projects for the following would be required:High level understanding of the various wastewater treatment processesBio win or similar wastewater modelling softwareThe use of major SWRO membrane projection software.Power consumption calculations.Chemical consumption calculations.Strong understanding of Intake and outfall regulations including recirculation and dispersion conceptsPre-treatment and post treatment technologies.Duties/ResponsibilitiesProcess Lead / Proposal Manager for Seawater RO projects and wastewater treatment plants with broad experience with EPC contractors across full projects life cycle including:Proposals and Estimation preparationEngineeringProcurementConstructionTesting and commissioningOperation and MaintenanceFunctional responsibilities shall include:Technical review of Requests for Proposals issued by Clients to ensure full understanding of scope of work.Establish and contribute to project technical risk matrix and discussions for project?s design, procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance.Establish and contribute to project CAPEX/OPEX analysis.Design review, value engineering and optimization of EPC contractors? proposals.Technical discussions and communication with clients, EPC contractors and engineering entities during bids preparation and up to contracts award.Providing technical support to projects after award as needed.
