Logistic AssistantJob Location : UAERequirements:?Graduate?2+ work experience in a Logistic Assistant role.?Warehousing, and logistics industry experience is required.?Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problemsolving skills.?Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.?Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.?Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.Prime Responsibilities :?Validate and record inbound and outbound data manually and systematically in Warehouse Management System?Verify and inspect all forms, reports, and records relating to product/materials?Inspect and reconcile quantities with that of the inbound and outbound documents?Maintain and manage a database of all products in the WMS for inbound and outbound?Effectively communicate with carriers, customers, operations, and management team?Performs clerical duties such as filing, inbound/outbound documents, phone calls, data entry, etc.?Verify and receive warehouse consumable products into Warehouse inventory?Relocate material to keep and maintain inventory range and location transfers in the WMS System?Maintain accurate warehouse inventory in the WMS system and if required conduct physical verification?Assist in conducting daily / monthly inhouse cycle count when required, support in locating missing items throughout the facility?Assist supervision/management as needed and Performs other duties as required.?Prepare inventory related reports and verify inventory balances/records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to identify shortages and discrepancies and research
