Leasing ExecutiveJob Location: United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, providing property tours and addressing inquiries.•Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including marketing available properties, conducting property viewings, and negotiating lease terms.•Prepare leasing agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, market trends, and competitor offerings.•Build and nurture strong relationships with tenants and landlords, ensuring satisfaction and retention.•Coordinate property inspections, maintenance requests, and tenant move-ins/move-outs.•Work closely with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing experience.•Update and maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease documents, and payments in the system.•Assist in achieving leasing targets and meeting KPIs for occupancy and revenue.Requirements:•Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or leasing in Dubai.•Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.•Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai real estate laws and regulations is a plus.•Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.•Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.•Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
