Lead Electrical EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities:?Ensure the delivery of Electrical Engineering Deliverables as per the project schedule.?Accountable for Electrical Engineering Design Deliverables like Electrical Design Basis, Single Line Diagram, Cable Sizing Calculations, Electrical Cable Block Diagrams, Switch Gear / Transformer / Circuit Breaker Sizing Calculations / Electrical area classification Diagrams and any other Electrical Engineering deliverables as per EDDR?Conduct site visits as required.?Raise purchase requisitions for materials with procurement team.?Evaluate technical offers and technical acceptance on purchase orders.?Prepare Scope of Work and other required deliverables for Cathodic Protection System.?Prepare Scope of Work and other required deliverables for OHL (Over Headline).?Prepare Scope of Work and other required deliverables for Solar Power System.?Review of Vendor documents related to CP, OHL, Solar system.?Answer technical enquiries raised by clients and vendors.?Plan and organize Electrical activities, materials, controls, and layouts.?Prepare project documents and drawings.?Review Electrical vendor offers deviations against Specification & datasheet and preparation of vendor technical clarifications (TC) and finally select the technically suitable 3 vendors for Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) for client approval.?Review of post order vendor documents and drawings to get client approval for manufacturing clearance.?Complete Project Electrical engineering deliverable (as per EDDR) with client approval and weekly engineering progress review meetings, and all the Electrical IDC review and comments before client submission.?Identify long lead items and expedite the procurement activity.?Prepare technical queries related to project specifications and get approval from client.?Prepare vendor enquiries and review of vendor offers, accordingly prepare the vendor technical ranking to select vendors for accommodate in TBE?S.?Work with International Codes and Standards and Client Specifications.?Maintain records, data, trackers for Electrical activities and materials.?Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for team and management updates.Requirements :?candidates with previous oil and gas experience and with previous ADNOC approval.
