Interior DesignerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :?Listening (project brief), site investigation (site survey), interpreting (concept design) and creating (presentation boards)?Assist in preparation and checking of cost plans and specification.?Ensure bill of quantity reflects design intent.?Assist, in preparation and checking of detailed site workshop drawings in AutoCAD.?Provide design support by attending site meetings, prepare and forward site instruction and clarification or change to scope.?Maintain and up-date drawing and sample transmittal records?Confirm with rules, regulations, and procedures (refer ISO process maps)?Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client?s needsQualifications :?Bachelor?s degree in Interior Design or related subject?Experience in interior design related business?Proficient in AutoCAD14, 2000 Photoshop and 3D visualization and ? Microsoft Office suite?Strong creative and communication skills in English
