HSE TrainerJob Location: UAEJob Summary :?Plan and conducts induction and refresher safety training courses for all Company personnel, contractors and Visitors?Coordinate firefighting, heat stress and first aid lecture courses with Company.?Carry out HSE training needs and accident analysis covering all Divisions/Departments?Conduct Incident/Accident Investigation and produce reports.?Carry out risk assessments and produce reports?Conduct Safety Audits/Advanced Safety Audit exercises and produce reports.?Carry out training courses on the use and care of breathing apparatus and resuscitation equipment to all Company personnel and contractors?Carry out training in the use of airline breathing apparatus and life support systems?Coordinate with LR section Abu Dhabi to arrange for external courses in Safety and Industrial hygiene.?Administer and control the documentation for training programs and maintains all training records?Deliver Tool box talks, PPE Course and other HSE courses as required?Coordinate various elearning programs related to HSE.?Assist in HSE campaigns on safe driving, heat stress, H2S awareness etc.?Produce and deliver appropriate HSE awareness courses/sessions as required?Produce Reports & Deliver Presentations on HSE subjects as requested by Management?Maintain good working relationship with other Company staff?Carry out other similar or related duties as assigned.Job Requirements :?Secondary School or equivalent?Completion of an approved program of training by a Professional Institution/ HSE Training Body?Very good standard of written and spoken the English Language?Must be computer literate?Good interpersonal skills.
