Finance ManagerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.?Manage and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with UAE accounting standards.?Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.?Perform month-end and year-end closings.?Lead and supervise a team of junior accountants.?Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expenses.?Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.?Stay up to date with UAE tax regulations and compliance requirements.?Implement and maintain effective internal controls.Skills & Experience :?Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role in the UAE.?Minimum 3 years experience in Engineering / Contracting / Companies.?CBA certification is a plus.?Proficiency in UAE accounting standards and regulations.?Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.?Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.?Effective communication and interpersonal skills.?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.?Strong leadership and managerial capabilities.
