EstimatorJob Location : DubaiYour Job Responsibilities :?Checking received tender BOQ, Specifications and Drawings from Client/Consultant.?Preparation of BOQ (if not issued by Client/Consultant)?If any details/clarifications are required, raising RFI to the Client and follow up for the response.?Identifying additional works not covered in the Client BOQ against other tender documents.?If Design & Build, carrying out Technical evaluation with design team, production team and suppliers.?Coordinating with the suppliers/subcontractors Sending the enquiries and following up for the quote.?Taking off quantity Preparation of the cost sheets according to the received detail, specifications and BOQ.?Evaluation of subcontractors? and suppliers? quotations?Preparation of the cost estimation sheet for the BOQ items with detailed rate analysis.?Final checking of the costing and BOQ.?Obtaining final approval from the Management.?Tender Submission as per the RFQ requirementsRequirement:?Need experience
