We are a local Real Estate Company in Dubai, looking for proactive brokers focused on the Secondary market & off-plan. The ideal candidate will assist clients with buying/selling and renting properties, growing our customer base by generating leads, and counseling clients on the secondary market.Requirements :1. Experience in Real Estate2. Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills4. Ability to work independently in closing sales.5. Great honesty and integrity skills6. Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms7. Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them8. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value9. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices10. Evaluate clients’ financial abilities and research properties within their buying power11.
