Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and administrative functions.Lead, motivate, and manage clinic staff, including receptionists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant clinic operations.Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and billing processes.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and safety standards.Handle patient concerns and resolution of operational issues promptly and professionally.Coordinate staff training and development to maintain high standards of service.Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.Maintain inventory and ensure proper management of medical supplies and equipment.Prepare reports on clinic performance, patient feedback, and operational metrics for senior management.Qualifications: Proven experience in healthcare management or clinic administration (minimum of 7 years preferred).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications or degrees in healthcare management, health administration, or related fields are preferred.
