Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western educated, native Arabic speaking Consultant Psychiatrist for the role a Chief Medical Officer to lead the medical / clinical services of a Psychiatry hospital.We are looking for Consultant Psychiatrists who have a minimum of 18 to 20 years of work experience within the mental health services, in a hospital setting.The candidate must have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a leadership role - delivering the highest standards in patient care, clinical standards and providing strategic direction within an evidence based practice.Salary : Aed 80,000 to 90,000 per month plus family benefits and bonus. (salary will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate).
