Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a CMO (Chief Medical Officer) for their client in UAE which operates a chain of hospitals and medical centers across UAE and the GCC.The position reports to the CEO and works closely with the COO and CFO.We are looking for Physicians with a minimum of 18 to 20 years of experience in a multispecialty / tertiary hospital setting out of which they should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in clinical leadership as a CMO or CMD of health services, service delivery at a strategic level and should have lead a multidisciplinary clinical workforce.The candidate will be responsible for developing the clinical frameworks, strategies, direction, clinical risk management and ensure clinical best practices throughout the the group hospitals and medical centers.Candidates who have not served as a CMO or CMD at a group level in a 100 + beds multispecialty hospital plus medical centers would not qualify for this vacancy.The ideal candidate would hold a Masters in Healthcare Management.Salary : Aed 70k - 80K per month plus family benefits (salary will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate) Company Profile Davidson Healthcare Recruitment is a leading Healthcare and Leadership headhunting consultancy based in Dubai, with branches in UK and India.
